By placing an order with us, you accept without reservation the following conditions:

Offers: The customer cannot consider their order final until we have given our approval.

Transport: Our plants are sold, taken to our warehouse and travel at the buyer's expense and risk.

Packaging and Claims: Packaging and shipping will always be the responsibility of the buyer. Our responsibility ceases when we deliver our merchandise to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to temperature variations or negligence on the part of the shipping company.

In the event of a claim, it must be made to us within the first eight days from the date of receipt of the plants.

Rooting: Our standard is to serve well and win customers, but we cannot be held responsible for poor rooting of the plants we serve, as this can be due to multiple causes that are difficult to determine and generally beyond our control.

Prices: Prices are understood without VAT.

Varietal Error: In the case of fruit plantations, only plants from our nursery will be supplied except in the case of an excessive shortage of a specific variety.

Strict care will always be taken to avoid errors in labels and grafting. In the event of an unintentional error, the customer will only be entitled to a replacement or re-grafting of the plant once the error has been verified, with no other compensation.

Advances: Individuals not affiliated with this company must advance half the amount of their order or indicate a person or business that can guarantee it. Orders under 300 euros are not accepted.

Banks: The amount of our invoices must be made in our name at the branches of Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo, Banco de Sabadell and Banco de Valencia, all of them in NULES (Castellón).

Removal of plants: The person signing the removal note will be considered expressly authorized to do so as a representative of the buyer, who is also solely responsible for the corresponding payment for said merchandise.

Litigation: In case of litigation, it would be resolved in the courts of this location.
